The Kokomo Country Palace

My wife and I looked forward to visiting this establishment. We like line dancing and are looking for a place to frequent. Finally got the chance to visit. Arrived on a Saturday around 7 p.m. At the entrance we were told only the front bar was open by the young lady at the door. We went to the bar and waited 15 minutes. Not a single person approached us. We headed back to the door to see if we went to the wrong bar. Waited till the two ladies at the door took a break from their conversations. I was told that we went to the correct bar, but the only bartender was next to her. No apology from the bartender because instead of being behind the bar and waiting on customers she was at the door chatting away. We left without spending a dime. What a waste of time. Wish we would have had a better experience. Seems like this is the only place around that has country line dancing.

10/10/2025. Update. My wife and I tried this bar for the second time. What a difference, we arrived early again and sat at the bar again. This time we were greeted and served in a few minutes. Had a very nice conversation with the bartender, Misty.
Misty was very nice and attentive. We talked about why we drove back to try it again. We are looking for a line dancing location that is good for the older crowd. She suggested Tuesday evenings. 6 to 8. We will be back. Thanks to Misty.

My sister and i are from Louisiana andI was taking here by my cousins. We had a blast. When we return we will add this place to our plans.
It has a spot for all. Jukebox, pool drinks.
Others side other people line dancing darts, pool and plenty room.
We were there afternoon to early evening so was gonna pop but we had other family members waiting on us.

Went on a Wednesday night with my Fiance and had a lovely time ❤️ friendly staff and good enviorment with helpful staff. Would for sure come back another time.
They have Karaoke and pool tables that are short people friendly. Overall fun enviormemt

I bartend at this establishment Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday. It says that we close at 1:00 a.m. on Wednesdays but we do not we are open until 3:00 a.m. for karaoke from 8:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. great place to be great atmosphere good people.

We had an absolute blast on Thursday night for line dance lessons with Robert. He's an excellent instructor and DJ who actually takes requests which is unheard of these days.Food was good and inexpensive. They offer pizza, burgers, wings, nachos, etc. Definitely recommend checking out Kokomo Country Palace for a fun evening.

Only bar I will go to! Love this place! The atmosphere is great, the bartenders are helpful and fun to be around. I recommen this place for anyone who wants to have a good time. Mon&Thursday is line dancing, wed is karaoke and dj nights are friday.... Misty is a great bar owner

They water down their alcohol so you have to pay more to get drunk. Also, their onion rings are boring and bland, and the bartender, will, was very unprofessional and drunk throughout his shift.
