Doors locked again and waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one knew what they were doing. This Wendy's is a disgrace. There are two other Wendy's in Kokomo, I'd recommend going to one of those instead.

Service was extremely slow for to go order. The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was missing BACON!!! How does this happen? Brand new store with horrible service. Price went up but portion smaller. Disappointing to say the least.

My wife and I got a family-sized chili through the drive-thru. The employees were friendly and thorough (they gave us plenty of bowls, spoons, napkins, crackers and chili sauce), and packaged our order well. The chili was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The portion was huge and worth the $20 we paid. We’ll get a few delicious meals out of this order! Great job, Wendy’s!

I placed a mobile order in the Wendy's parking lot for a large french fry and a large chocolate frosty, after that I immediately got in the drive through line. The frosty was only filled 3/4ths of the way and the fries were cold. Stick to the Wendy's at 1828 east markland avenue, the difference in quality is like night and day

Ordered #1 large hand me just a sandwich and drink I said I ordered a meal the person said check receipt, I said I know what I ordered then I asked when they gave me my fry, to throw a couple packs of hot chili sauce and they gave me sweet chili cup🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Out of eggs again, with 30 minutes left on the breakfast menu. So I was offered an additional sausage patty on a breakfast BACONATOR, so I agreed. Somehow, beyond comprehension, a decision was made in the kitchen that this pathetic sandwich would pass as something that suggests by it's name and menue photos of a bacon abundant sandwich. Not only was there no additional sausage patty, but it had what looked like ONE slice of bacon torn into 3 small pieces! So what is it? Is it false advertising or lack of accountability with management? Whatever it is, it's pathetic and more convincing to just cook at home. These issues need fixed LOCALLY at the source, not through some bad reviews mitigation team. Is corporate even paying attention to the reviews?
