Staff always sounds like they'd rather do anything besides take your order. Wendy's should be ashamed of the new sizes of frostys. How embarrassing. Hand me a $4 frosty, and it's a 10oz cup of aerated ice cream. What the hell, i know the cost of the frosty mix didnt go up like that.

Today, they were not open in terms of dine-in, but the drive-through was open. Disappointed. I didn't order anything and instead went to Korner Kitchen to get me a good ol' country breakfast.

Wendys is Yet another shining example of shrinkflation. I get it, the portions are smaller, but there's no excuse for not filling the bowl up. The Baconator fries container is even smaller now and they just throw some bacon slices on it without breaking them into bite size pieces. When you pay more for less, you expect the best. It's just not even worth your money to eat fast food anymore. I'm definitely going to start going to nicer non fast food restaurants where the portions are a better representation of the money spent.
Got an order through drive thru. It was fairly quick. The food was good. Fries were on the colder end.

Yet another Wendy's that does not serve the customer! Since when is it my fault that your employees can't ring up or make my order as ordered?! Order a CHEESE baked potato, not plain, when brought to the MANAGERS attn I was told that's not what was rang up so I couldn't have a cheese potato! WHAT THE FRITTADA! Customer don't matter at Kokomo either!
