Windmill Restaurant in Kokomo is one of my favorite local spots to return to. It has a warm, hometown feel that makes the experience inviting from the start. The staff is always friendly, and the service is consistently smooth. The food never disappoints, especially the Hoosier breakfast, which has become my go-to. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces available, so getting in and out is no hassle. Overall, it’s a reliable and satisfying stop if you’re passing through Kokomo or looking for a solid local meal. My friend fell as he was walking in the restaurant. Many employees rushed to help him & showed great compassion & concern. I was amazed at how many rushed to help. Thank you so much Windmill grill waiters & waitresses & cooks for your quick response!

Catered my friend's wedding and everything went off without a hitch! The food was delicious. The bartender was super personable all night, it really made all the difference.

Last night was our family's first time at Windmill Grill and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The food was very good and our server, Jennifer, went above & beyond! Very friendly & helpful. She was very attentive and suggested things for us to try. We never had to ask for refills because she had them right there. She was a 10/10!! Our family will definitely be back again.

Very disappointed with how we were treated. My wife, best friend, and I went here for lunch and it was one of the safer places in Kokomo for my wife who battles with celiac disease but she was treated with nothing but disrespect. The server Shannon acted like she didn’t care when my wife was ordering her food and requested a simple glove change. We know it isn’t a gluten free kitchen we are very aware of this but everytime we have come here before they take the steps to prevent cross contamination but not this time. The entire service was a joke and by the time the manager came to talk to us I knew that he wasn’t going to help. He defended the servers actions and was argumentative with me, they took care of the bill at the end but it didn’t make up for the fact that they treated my wife so horribly. Very disappointed with everything.

I will never come back to this establishment again. I am so disgusted with the staff and management that works here. I used to come here because it was somewhere safe that I can eat due to having Celiac Disease, because usually the staff would respond accordingly and treat it as an allergy and all would be fine.

Our waitress was extremely rude and shook her head and rolled her eyes when I told her I couldn’t have bread. She directly told me that she wasn’t going to help make sure that the food wasn’t touched by someone who handle anything breaded (I just asked for them to change their gloves, that’s all). I directly watched her plate the food with no glove change with the chef and she lied and said she wasn’t back there. They openly mocked and talked about us in the kitchen and even waved at me when I put my hand up because why are you directly staring and talking about me where I can openly see you?

The manager was just as dense as our server and kept repeating “we can’t make a guarantee”. No offered apology or even a hint of concern about the situation and the waitresses’s behavior. Nobody asked for a guarantee, as we are completely aware that it isn’t a gluten free kitchen, all we asked was for a glove change when handling my food so I didn’t react and they didn’t take to it kindly at all.

It was very clique behavior and it’s unfortunate that I can’t even go there anymore to ensure my safety when I eat. I ended up getting up and leaving because of the behavior that was being displayed towards me by the staff.

Great dining, amazing service and a wonderful, family friendly atmosphere. The meatloaf is out of this world. It reminds me of the meatloaf my mother used to make.

Stopped while traveling thru area. Had a good breakfast, good service, and most reasonable for the lower-than-average cost.
