I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Ordered online was suppose to be ready at 645 I ordered it online 2 hours prior then after work I went to pick it up I had to wait almost an hour for my order , they weren't even making them in order there was people just coming in and ordering and got theirs first ,dont waste your time there

Person taking the orders was rude. Waited more than 30 mins for cold, bland, tasteless food. Will not return. Had to use sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings to eat it.

Quality of the wings are awful. Many of the chicken wings bones were broken with the bone marrow cooked into the meat. They were cooked thoroughly though but were not seasoned or sauced enough. This has got to be the worst wing stop I’ve ever eaten at. Oh, don’t bother ordering a drink because every fountain was out of order except Diet Coke. Even the sweet tea.
I arrived at 11:44 wanting to satisfy my wife's cravings for some wings and I was informed by both employee's working that they close to new orders at 11:45 and turned us away when I informed them I was inside and at the counter by 11:45 they laughed at me and said have a good night I took photos of the hours and informed then I would be informing cooperate to adjust their hours they said go ahead because we don't make new orders after 11:45 keep in mind a week prior the same guy that turned me away prepared am order for my wife when she went in alone @11:50pm so very unprofessional and they stuck by they close to new orders @11:45 wingstop cooperate please update your hours and teach your employees how to answer the phone

Do not do a National Wings Day and hide when you app crashes and made it impossible to enjoy. Several I know got ignored and not extension. Therefore all 20 will not be coming back to Wingstop. Good bye. You have competition and it’s time for them to be tried.
