Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.

Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.

I've had them twice and they've been great both times. I accidentally ordered for wrong time and called and asked them to change the time and they did so quickly for me. If you get a chance to get the street corn seasoning do it! It's delicious! Food is nice and hot! Cooked perfectly!

Me and my friends mixed up this one’s closing with the Evansville wing stop that closes at 4 am. So we ordered at 11:59 pm a delivery on UberEats. It was a 6 item order soon we realized that the kokomo wing stop closes at midnight but they still made our order which I really am grateful for. Shoutout to those workers you guys are appreciated!

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10
