Just got a cappuccino, it was full of sugar and half way full. The matcha was slightly greenish milk drink and the refresher was too sugary to drink. We are very surprised how they can jack up the full order. Nobody drank anything, it is in the trash in two minutes. The worst coffee experience.

Stopped by for a small mocha made with skim milk. There was absolutely no taste of coffee, just water and hot milk. I didn't even taste the chocolate. Not likely to visit again

I typically have excellent experiences at 7 Brew, but my visit on 11/30/25 was disappointing. I ordered two hot chocolates with peppermint, whipped cream, and candy cane. Although there was minimal traffic, the wait time was approximately 20 minutes.
I paid in cash—about $7 using a $10 bill—and told the staff to keep the change, as I often do during this time of year, but did not receive any acknowledgment or thanks. When I received my drinks, neither included the whipped cream or candy cane as ordered.
Overall, the service and order accuracy during this visit did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect.

Today was a terrible experience at the mall 7 Brew. There was clearly a lack of Leadership and professionalism this morning and at other times I have been. There were plenty of people working to make drinks, take orders, etc. 4 making drinks and another 3-4 looking at some white board and one at each stand. Cars were backed up which I get that at busy times, however the inside line had at least 4 cars go out ahead of me and I know my order was somewhere in between. I ordered two of the same drinks I always do, a cold brew and Carmel macchiato, not hard to make and clearly not made correctly. I can see one being off, but they were Crappy. I guess you get what you hire. I will make a point to go the south side of town even if I have to go out of my way.
My favorite 7 Brew! I come here almost daily and my order is always perfection. The staff is always so helpful and friendly.
