“Delicious food, nice atmosphere, and fantastic wait staff! (very attentive, but not hovering... perfect!) My Seafood Pasta was spicy & soooo good!! (I had to use a shot of lemon juice to keep my lips from burning, but I loved everything about it!! 😁😘) The strawberry margaritas were so good. The gentleman asked if I knew how much a cup of coffee would be? They shared some of their struggles and lack of funds. I wasn’t sure they served coffee. I entered Nom Noms and asked the waiter. He said they only have coffee on Sundays but they would make some. The couple asked if they had tea, they were given some iced tea. Nom Nom staff allowed the couple to sit down for a good hour, to warm up and enjoy not only one cup of coffee and tea, but refilled their cups a couple of times! Well done Nom Noms! Thank you for your hospitality to this couple!”

“We made reservations for New Years Eve and drove an hour specifically for their lobster Mac and cheese just to get there and hear the server telling a table next to ours that they were out of the Mac and cheese. Very disappointing as that is why we chose RedSeven out of the many restaurants we could’ve gone to. My guess is that they were more focused on closing on the 1st for their 8 days than making sure they had what they needed for a busy holiday night for a signature dish that they are known for. We never would’ve dreamed that they would run out of one of their most popular dishes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. The service was good, our server was great. Food was ok cuz, of course, we had our taste buds ready for the lobster Mac and cheese, so really nothing was going to taste as good. Try to do better!!!”

“My wife and I went here for our 34 year anniversary and Ky was our wonderful waitress , she was the best ever , she was attentive but not invasive to the point where we couldn’t enjoy our dinner. The steak she had was great , she loved the green beans , my prime rib was amazing cooked to perfection the au gratin potatoes were delicious we both enjoyed the table side salad that they made for us . Again with Ky can’t say enough about her service hopefully she will be there when we go back I will request her . 10 stars ⭐️ A+++”

“Our 1st choice for beer + pizza [despite lackluster server attitudes], but my Blue Moon has been lukewarm the last two visits. :( Asked the waiter for a cold option and was met with an annoyed “meh” response and excuse for the warm beer vs interest in a customer issue/solution seeking…so we left for our 2nd choice. Might return to the Sparrow, might not.😕”

“We had such a great time at Digby’s Pub and Patio in Lafayette! After I posted in our towns FB chatter page asking if anywhere would be playing the Bills game, the owner, Mike, personally invited us down — and we’re so glad he did. The patio is super nice for outdoor seating, but inside has the exact small-town dive bar vibe you want to hang out in. Perfect spot to catch a game, with several huge TVs. The food was fantastic! We ordered the cheese bricks (the raspberry sauce is unexpected but so good!), spinach & artichoke dip, the Frisco Smash burger, and sweet potato fries that were absolutely addictive. The burger was cooked perfectly, hot, juicy, and served on perfectly toasted bread. Drinks and service were both a 10/10. On Sundays they also have $4 drink specials (Bloody Marys, screwdrivers, and mimosas)…can’t beat that. If you’re looking for a chill spot with great food, cold drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere, don’t sleep on Digby’s. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We eat here often. Always great food and service. Today, not so much. After waiting an extended period of time to be waited on by a gentlemen. We ordered drinks, was going to order an app but he took off. Brought back the drinks with the exception of my beer. After another 2 or 3 minutes while we watched our server clean tables and go in the back in the kitchen a few times we thought eventually he was on his way to get my beer. Nope around the corner on the other side wiping down tables. Decided to go across the street and spend my money. Could’ve been the end of the shift and he was pissed another table of 4 walked in at 1:20? Can’t expect great service every time. We will be back. At least the food has been great every time”

However great the medium roast Ethiopian was today, I asked for the biggest cup they have and the guy handed me what I’m pretty sure was a 12 oz cup. Now, either he made a mistake and gave me a small or the biggest cup they offer is only 12 oz. Which in my personal opinion, is not enough. I think they should offer more size options for the drip coffee at the very least.”

Ordering in advance was super easy and the staff and management was super accommodating of vegetarian and allergy orders. So many options to choose from. Pick up no problem either as our order was ready and not one item wrong or missing. It is often hard to find a place to order so early as we had a 9 am start time. We highly recommend The Country Cafe... West Lafayette. We will be back again~”

They played oldies and it was a great atmosphere. This was around the turn of the century. I recently went back after being away and it's still a great place to relax. No more oldies I guess, and that's a shame. Oh, for the old days.”

The wings were cooked perfect, the ranch was mixed perfect, the fries were perfect and the drink machine had my Dr. Pepper tasting like it came from the movie theaters. Wingstop employees around the world should come here for training. The only thing I would do different is pay extra for all flats. Lastly, they had the nerve to have 11 wings in my 10 piece. God bless every soul that works in that building.”

The biggest piece was a tiny bit larger than the coleslaw container from Raising Canes. Shrinkflation has struck again. Monte Cristos will no longer be my #1 at this location.”

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before. I would give this place a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. It is one of the last bastions of good, reasonably priced local food in Lafayette. The owners are so kind. They recognize us when we come in and are super accommodating.

You can really see the hardwork and dedication that went into this business. While they might be a little slower than a McDonald's, their quality is unmatched by anything in the area.

They are known for their Mangollada. It's delicious. The mango sorbet is homemade. The fruit is always ripe. One time, the owner felt that he didn't put enough sorbet in my cup so he gave me an entire extra scoop for free.

Our favorites to order are the Mangollada, Fresas con Crema with vanilla ice cream, Al Pastor Tacos, and Tostiesquites.

If you are in Lafayette stop in to the sunrise diner. And look at the history that is everywhere. Have lunch breakfast or just a cup of coffee at the counter and remember where you were on these days of history that's around you.”

“12-19 I stopped by to check out the store. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by an employee stocking bread. She was busy working but it didn’t stop her from greeting her customers.

She pointed out all the things they had and explained how the loyalty program works. It’s a small store but it has all your bread needs and more.

The Salad, the NY Style cheesecake with strawberries and the hubby’s Triple Chocolate cheesecake, the breadsticks were hot and fresh! And the flowers and gifts y‘all! Our table was decorated so nice!! Our food was hot and delicious! One of the managers, Michael, made sure we had everything we needed and everything was tasting right! This is the first year they’ve had this contest and they’re going to continue it! I hope we win next year, too! 😂 Michael even took our picture and it’s going in the Fazoli’s newsletter! I was not fond of the concept of them having unisex restrooms as the one I went in had urine all over the floor. Their menu is super small so it should be a very profitable business as well as less chance of them making errors. Good fast service.”
