I used to hold my grandmas hand as we walked in and used our coupons to purchase two thick orange cream shakes. We would then go home and watch M.A.S.H and slurp our thick orange cream shakes. “Went to the Popeyes on 26 in Lafayette. It was not busy. I was really disappointed. Pulled up to first window no one was there. Then a man yelled at me to come back to first window after I pulled up to second window. He gave me my bag of food. Slammed window. I didn’t get my drink. I had to honk my horn to get help. My sandwich was pretty much thrown together. No napkins in bag. I think there is a reason this place is not busy.“

“Y’all! Fazoli’s in Lafayette fixed us up!! I won a Valentine’s dinner for 2. We were allowed to choose whatever we wanted! The Chicken Carbonara is to die for! How have I missed this on their menu?? The Salad, the NY Style cheesecake with strawberries and the hubby’s Triple Chocolate cheesecake, the breadsticks were hot and fresh! And the flowers and gifts y‘all! Our table was decorated so nice!! Our food was hot and delicious! One of the managers, Michael, made sure we had everything we needed and everything was tasting right! This is the first year they’ve had this contest and they’re going to continue it! I hope we win next year, too! 😂 Michael even took our picture and it’s going in the Fazoli’s newsletter! “This was the nicest experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. Jai, the lady who took our order came by our table to ask us if we needed anything. She walked around to check on all of the guests when she had the time. Jai had smiles for everyone.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. The food was outstanding. My Thickburger came out fresh off the grill, juicy and full of flavor, with a perfectly toasted bun. “Tonight (09/29/24) my Fiance and I were trying to purchase dinner for a birthday event late after work; I placed this order at another location and had a terrible experience to say the least. We did not take the food but we did receive a credit from said store. Afterwards we had called the Beck LN location to see if they would transfer the credit seeing as we really didn’t want to use it at the store had a bad experience with. Unfortunately this is not their standard practice. However, after explaining what had happened the manager working tonight (Dylan) expressed extreme hospitality as well as a sincere apology & offered to remake our order at no cost of our own to provide a better experience. When we went in to pick up the food at Beck LN it was hot, made with love, and executed in a timely manner! Dylan even surprised us with cinnamon rolls! 10/10 the best experience I’ve had with a local restaurant in YEARS! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ???
