Came in today (Thursday, September 10th) around 12:40pm to pick up an online order for a veggie sub and also place an order for nachos with no meat. The two ladies at the front making orders and doing checkout were amazing! They were super kind and made my food amazing! Seriously, it was probably the best made food I've ever received from any Subway store. We ordered delivery from this Subway, and not only was our order missing our drink. But we got oatmeal rasin instead of the chocolate chip cookies we ordered. On top of that they instead of putting honey mustard on the sandwich that is literally labeled Honey Mustard put it on a completely different sandwich that doesn’t come with honey mustard, and it tastes terrible with honey mustard. They also said their manager couldn’t refund our order at all.
The girl who just handed me my pickup order has excellent customer service; she was very friendly, and even with other customers in line, she greeted me cordially.
