Gave them a second chance, but still couldn't get it right. The staff is not very friendly. It's not a very inviting environment. The people who make the blizzards don't turn the blizzards. They just seem to be going through the motions. Seems like they are there just for the paycheck. I'm going to have to try the other Dairy Queens in town. This one is disappointing
Such nice people here, great service! They were able to do a birthday cake for me with custom lettering, and I was a walk-in on the same day. Super easy process and they were so sweet! Worst thing about it was that there was no tip option when paying electronically, you have to do it in cash.

Horrible service. Couldn't run my gift card. Young man at window looked to be 12. Rude, didn't expect my dipped cone to look AWFUL. It was thin thin coated, asked them to re-dip it, they refused. I should have just returned it. HORRIBLE. Won't be going back. ?
