I just had the absolute WORST encounter with an employee here. A short older black woman came to the counter to help me get a birthday cake for my boyfriend, i said hello. she didn’t say a single word to me and asked what kind of cake i had when she could have looked as it was sitting on the counter, im the customer?! She then pointed at the card reader for me to pay. I paid $38 damn dollars for that kind of service, AWFUL. Nobody deserves to be treated the way that i was treated in here. someone send her back to romney ghettos

We went through the drive-through only to be disappointed. We ordered four hamburgers and a chicken strip basket and they asked us to drive around to the front and they would give us our food there. We sat waiting for over a half hour before going in and our food still wasn't ready. And there were only 4 cars in the parking lot and the drive through was empty so it makes no sense why we had to wait so long. Sitting in the car, I noticed half of maybe 5-7 employees just talking to one another and doing nothing. I saw only one of them packing stuff in boxes but I didn't see anyone leave with food for a good twenty or so minutes. The service is terrible. I work not even 5 minutes from here and I got off an hour ago. I'm still waiting in the stupid parking lot. Our recipe says we ordered at 6:36:15. It's 7:08 and we only just now got our food. My chicken strips aren't even hot anymore and my fries are as hard as a rock. Never again.

Horrible service. Couldn't run my gift card. Young man at window looked to be 12. Rude, didn't expect my dipped cone to look AWFUL. It was thin thin coated, asked them to re-dip it, they refused. I should have just returned it. HORRIBLE. Won't be going back. ?

Ordered my food online been sittin in lobby my order was supposed to be completed 20 mins ago and they continue to serve everyone else first.

This DQ seems to be busy, but reality is that they are just absolutely SLOW! I pulled up to the building, the drive thru was out into traffic on the main road so I decided to head inside to place my order. When in the building I found quite a lot of people waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. I was third person in line and soon I was up to place my order. I greeted the employee and the employee must not have spoken the same language cause he looked at me like I was some sort of strange person with my kindness. The employee took my order and I went into the “waiting pool” of others anticipating their food. Soon after the grumbling could be heard, “why is this taking so long”, “this food was ordered pain, but it has the garden on it” ( that person didn’t even get an acknowledgement form the employee he just turned around and walked to the grill area without even saying a word to the person who had their food made wrong) the complaints filled the air.I happened to see what I believed to be my order on the counter, but it was not presented to me so I figured I was wrong. 10 min passed and at the 20 min mark I said something to the manager who appeared to be just a lost as the other employees. He said he would get right on it to fulfill my order that I had been waiting for at that point 22 min. The grumble in the store continued, and the person who had their food made wrong still didn’t have their food. Finally after 28 total mins I was handed the large blizzard I ordered with an apology for the lack of service. The blizzard had ice cream running down the sides and if the upside down flip was any quicker I would have missed it. No napkins were handed to me to wipe the sides and this blizzard looked like it was quite runny. I was able to get home and put the blizzard in the freezer in order to firm it back up. After 2 hrs in the freezer I went back to it. Wow if I hadn’t ordered it myself I wouldn’t even know what kind if blizzard it was, this thing was pulverized! I mean nothing seemed pumpkin pie about it!There is absolutely NO excuse for this! People are spending their hard earned money for terrible service, poor quality food and the wait!!! Reality is the location needs to shut its doors if this is what they are providing for the public. Why should we pay for this! What about this visit makes me feel good about their doors being open. The store needs closed down and employees trained for proper etiquette. This shouldn’t happen!
