We recently had a quality issue with the restaurant we order here frequently so we don’t have many issues. This was the first one Nick the manager was phenomenal. He was so kind of polite professional, and he took care of everything. It is really truly hard to find good food these days and good employees, especially when things go wrong, but Nick was willing to make everything right
I was shocked at how the customers here treated the employees. I’ve been to plenty panda expresses and the harassment I saw the employees receive here was absurd. I would take all negative reviews about service with a grain of salt. Food was good and they made everything I asked fresh. Staff was friendly and moved as quick as they could during the holiday rush.
Best Panda we have ever eaten at and we have tried many. Always consistently good food and generous portions. We drive 60 miles to eat here often.
