over the last several months things have improved. Fast, friendly service.
This mcdonalds probably has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . The drive through isn’t so bad but I don’t understand the point in them having a lobby when the employees do nothing but ignore you . Is greeting a customer no longer apart of their job ? Are they trained to look at you like you’re dumb & ignore you every time you go inside ? So slow I’m glad I came here a little early before I went to work cause I would’ve been late if you are time consumed, this is not a fast food restaurant horrible service
