this wendy's is always a hit. awesome burgers, chicken, and by god their fries. and the drive-thru is open late, which means i can get a snack after getting off of work!
At least a 15 min wait every time without fail.
There’s a lady there, who I believe is called Kathleen, she is quite frankly amazing at her job!
Upon my departure, she insisted that I have the best day ever!
She clearly understands the importance of customer experience!! although it was a simple drive-through transaction. This is something that I will not forget.
