“I'm not one to eat at chain restaurants but when given options to my best friend for his birthday dinner this is what he chose so Pizza Hut it was! He lives in Chicago and I live in Indy. Rensselaer is our halfway point! We decided to meet last minute and celebrate, and celebrate we did! The staff, especially our amazing server, Gwen, went over the top for us! We are told her it was Kyle's birthday and she made it so wonderful! She had the other staff members come out and sing, they made sure the pizza was top notch with toppings, they all signed a pizza box with a giant brownie inside for our comped dessert. It's a birthday we will remember forever! For it's not the place that make the celebration, it's the people! We will be back to our much loved Rensselaer and of course will make a stop at the Pizza Hut! It's definitely something to see! It is a vintage Pizza Hut!“
“Stopped for a quick lunch. Inside was very clean and service was quick. I did like ordering from the kiosk because there are more options than the menu board and less pressure to make a fast decision. I got the chicken power bowl and it was surprisingly how good it was. Located right off the expressway.“
“It was good McDonald's food. I went thru the drive-through. The ethics was fast, the food was hot and it was fresh fast food. It was a nice quick pit stop right off the highway. Right next to the highway, it was not a couple blocks away from the highway. It was located right on the main street, on an average McDonald's lot; very convenient.“
“Hey, the food is what it is. Arby's has the Meats. We were served by a manager named Jake. After we were greeted by him he asked 'How about trying our new fish sandwich?' We had a fish sandwich and a turkey rubin. They were pretty good for what they are. The restaurant is fairly clean. The bathrooms could use a bit of attention. Wave @ Jake!“
“We haven't been here since the new manager took over but we decided to give it a try and so glad we did. The service is much better than it was, our food was fresh and absolutely delicious! The staff was very great and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place another try you won't be disappointed. Crystine will make sure you have the best experience. Thank you to all the crew that was working yesterday our food was very good and service was fast and great!“
“My sister and I went through the drive thru. It was free cone day, but we didn't see any signage for it; nor did the lady tell us when we pulled up. My sister ordered a mini blizzard and I ordered a small twist cone. My cone was free without us having to say anything! Yay! ?? They also remodeled the building, but I've not been in there since they have.Parking: There are a lot of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: My mom, sister, and I dine in there quite often. It's always pretty quite there, but we go in the middle of the day on a weekday, so most kids are in school and it's usually after lunch rush. But, it's Dairy Queen, so if course it's kid friendly. I have went past there when there are a lot of cars in the parking lot. They also remodeled the building, but I've not been in there since they have.Wheelchair accessibility: I do have a handicap placard, but I don't use a wheelchair. But there are ramps and the tables are accessible for a wheelchair. The only thing that I would find difficult is navigating the two doors, but they did remodel, I just haven't been in there yet.“
“Everything was delicious this time. Thank you!! My kiddo loved her happy meal too finally!Parking: It's a little side lot but there's parkingKid-friendliness: They have some things for the kids. Happy meals etcWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking in front“
“The young man at the register was super pleasant and knowledgeable. He even came out to the dining area to ask how my food was and to clean up after another customer who had a spill. My Whopper with cheese, no onions, fries and Hershey pie were right on point, too.“
“My girlfriend and I come here ever once and a while, our favorite employee by far is the man named Adam, he’s very cheery and helpful. Today, 04/13/21, we visited for our usual subs we get, but sadly we could not get them, presumably only due to the two employees working. It was a girl with brown curly hair, and a boat load of make up, and who I presume to be her significant other, the boy who kinda evacuated to the back room when we entered the building. We could see from the outside they were very close and talking, but when we walked in and they separated and began to “resume working”. It seemed theyve been doing nothing at all because the only bread available was white and wheat. When asked what I wanted I said my preferred bread, and got an angsty answer of, “I just put some in the baker, your gonna have to wait.” She said this before putting any bread into a the machine to cook it, I’d assume at least. The girl who was serving us only got a worse attitude as our one, simple sandwich was made. She continued to roll her eyes and get very mouthy with us for no reason. When I paid, I said thank you, have a good day, and she kinda just looked at me and said okay see ya. We’re not ones to leave legitimate complaints or bad reviews, but after today I think there should be retraining courses for specific employees. Not to exclude she mumbled that’s all, after I left a 15% tip, it was little over a dollar. If I’m honest she’s lucky I even left one.“
