“We've had brunch before at 8Eleven, but dinner raises the bar. This is high end food at a (relatively) mid range price. The meatless mushroom bolognese was exceptional and the special sea bass was as good as it gets. Presentation is beautiful and shows thought for the dishes. Total bill for three main with one drink was $125, which is a steal for food of this quality. Service was professional and relaxed.”

“Super cute, trendy new restaurant in West Lafayette. Beautiful, modern décor including a section with "honeycomb" seating for a more intimate and private dining experience. Great for date nights! The servers are all friendly and helpful with menu recommendations and very attentive to their guests. I have been twice and tried different items each time and haven't had a single item disappoint yet. Prices are reasonable considering the dining experience and food quality, especially with the economy. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Even if you just try it one time, you'll be glad you did!”

“Went here for the first time during Greater Lafayette Restaurant week 2024. We had the glazed honey balsamic chicken dinner, and it was wonderful. The deserts were also great. The service was very good, and it had a wonderful atmosphere for a quiet dinner with friends. Definitely need to make a reservation as seating is limited. We will be back! They have a full menu on their website. You will need to tell them your order before you arrive. (I think they asked for it before noon the day of your visit when making the reservation.)”

“I love Maje sushi! I come here all the time and get the Orange dragon roll. Honestly I haven't tried anything else here because I really like my order. It has cream cheese which I usually find too heavy in sushi but it's very nicely balanced with the salmon in this roll. I don't think any sushi in the area compares! The people are nice and the place is open late.”

“Amazing, just amazing. 13oz New York strip stuffed portobello mushrooms, Ceasar salad, and fried onion strips. The sauce that the mushrooms came in was on point. The steak was perfectly seasoned and well worth the cost. Went in about an hour before closing and received impeccable service. Well done.”

“I'm giving it 4 stars just because the food was actually pretty good for Indiana. We are from Los Angeles & we are blessed to have authentic Chinese food. We came here with friends and all the dishes ordered were all quite delish. My favorite were the eggplant & sweet & sour fish. I've had better duck though. Unfortunately, we were all starving so I didn't get to take any pictures.”

I cannot attest to the quality of the food as I haven’t eaten here. In a supremely moral move, I will rate the restaurant highly. Try the chicken dumplings.Vegetarian options: Veggies are great. Need to make reservations in advance.The food was decent and made with care, variety was awesome, and raw fish quality was good. The environment feels warm and welcoming.Would recommend for people who are looking for a special meal or occasion to celebrate, or a little adventure that offers a unique experience from the typical WL restaurants.”

“Best Asian restaurant in the area by far. My wife is from Taiwan so I know asian/chinese cuisine pretty well and the Taste is very authentic and reasonably priced. Just outstanding. I very much recommend bringing a group and ordering 5 or 6 dishes and sharing and you will have a great experience!!!”
