Consistent high quality for decades and always friendly people working!! Super-fine shaved snow-ice piled high and loaded with your choice of flavors…in my opinion, the best part of summer in West Lafayette/Lafayette. And now they take credit cards!!!
I always love their shaved ice since I was 15, I'm 35 now 😊
Mike is in the shaved ice game for the people! He cares deeply about his community and the joy of an ice cold cone on a hot day. Big ups to Gibson's Shaved Ice!!!
