I made a reservation for a work party and was told they do not like to book reservations on Friday nights, especially for parties larger than 12. I made reservations over a month ago for my team Christmas party. They knew it was a Christmas party. Food and service were excellent! But ruined by the manager making several comments about needing the table because she “had a lobby full of people waiting”. She even took our carafe of water. I spent $540 in food and drinks for six people. We occupied the table two hours start to finish. She started her huffing as soon as we finished eating.
