I think this Starbucks has the best customer service over all of the other ones in this town. Everyone is always super friendly and I really appreciate the good customer service at this location.
We were going to visit our daughter in layette driving from Indianapolis up. We stopped at the Starbucks in Lebanon first After 45 minutes the overwhelmed baristas were saying to the 5 other ppl in front of us complaining about the wait that the door dash orders were coming in so fast & that they were prioritizing online orders above those in the lobby. They said they didn't know when our drinks would be ready ... The drive thru had cleared out several times and we were crammed...read full review

Guy at the window was super nice when I changed my drink at the window (for some reason I blanked on what I wanted to order and said the wrong thing) and even gave me a free drink along with it. Great employees at this location!
