Got a customized four shot latte with creme brulee syrup, extremely tasty and surely more diabetes than caffeine, made my education work a little easier, but this only happens once a year! The prices are insanity for cheap factory juices, the lowest quality coffee beans in the business, and a burnt roast so you hopefully cannot tell. This is The largest and most accommodating Starbucks in the area, good parking lot, very smart location, and one of the few and West Lafayette doing Starbucks rewards integration. It is difficult for me to get my head around the corruption and tax evading junk of Starbucks. However, their shaken lattes, purple and pink drinks, and pumpkin spice lattes with cold foam do hit hard. I snagged this location for my free birthday drink as my yearly Starbucks ritual. They were ready to go before I got there and I found another pleasant experience despite the lack of corporate union support which is becoming more evident as Starbucks employees strike. It would be wonderful to see this global company take care of its own workers doing the real mess and holding this brand together. It's that typical America where we ignore the seriously skewed problems for a sugar high and a java buzz.

We were going to visit our daughter in layette driving from Indianapolis up. We stopped at the Starbucks in Lebanon first After 45 minutes the overwhelmed baristas were saying to the 5 other ppl in front of us complaining about the wait that the door dash orders were coming in so fast & that they were prioritizing online orders above those in the lobby. They said they didn't know when our drinks would be ready ... The drive thru had cleared out several times and we were crammed in the lobby waiting and waitingI finally gave up However I had already paid and they said they had no way to refund meUpon arriving in Lafayette We visited with my daughter a bit and I told her I still needed some caffeine and had already paid for a drink I didn't get so ...I stopped at this Starbucks I had my receipt and told them they could most likely call the other oneThat i was simply hoping to be able to get the drink I did pay for.This one was quick efficient And they weee super nice and corrected the issue :)Thanks so much 5 stars

A Solid Starbucks. Music wasn't deafening and it was an appropriate category for 6 am. Wow do I hate that in the morning, or anytime of day, at Starbucks. Super loud music, sometimes with a techno beat. If I wanted to go clubbing I wouldn't be at Starbucks. Good staff here as well.

This starbucks is really great in the summer. Short lines and friendly staff who know how to make the drinks quickly.During the semester, it's very busy and you can wait a long time before getting your drink, plus the batistas are often new and inexperienced.

I'm sorry, to tell a customer to "really watch the app time next time to pick up order" is not professional. No one was in line when I pulled in. They weren't busy. Just was a rude comment. It was 540 in the morning. I ordered a head on my way to work. Just like I always do! I didn't complain once, didn't even have to wait. But why was I told this!? Now I remember why I switched to Duncan. Starbucks is really getting out of hand with their rude service. I never have a good experience anymore. I will just stick to Duncan. They are always nice and never give any grief! It's literally quite sad that they are the way they are! And charge so much!
