Visited Maru Sush on N Chauncy this weekend for lunch and was very surprised in a good way. The food was great but the atmosphere was really needing some love and care. The walls need painted and patched and in general the decor and ambiance could be much better.The Tuna Tataki Appetizer was good. The tuna was flavorful but the sauce seemed to lack a punch that would have really made this dish stand out as amazing. The best sushi place in West Lafayette. Whether you want some tonkatsu, some udon or you want some delicious sushi, this is the place to go.Parking: There's a sometimes-free-sometimes-paid parking garage across the street, and another one around the corner.

The BEST sushi you can find near Lafayette. I highly recommend the Maru Roll and Salmon Teriyaki Roll. You can't go wrong with the edamame or udon either. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I'm in here at least once every other week. Well worth the visit.
