“So I'm super new at ordering sushi but the staff was absolutely amazing and so kind and patient with my I don't think they understand how much it helped me feel a lot more confident and comfortable with ordering. They are a super clean environment everything was extremely greasy definitely will be back.“
“This is a really nice little sushi establishment. We needed a quick bite before going to the ballet. I have lots of dietary restrictions, and the manager helped me with all my questions, so I made the right choices. You get plenty of food. I got "that 1 roll" but had to leave the crab salad off. If I had left that on, I would not have been able to finish my meal! It was named appropriately because it had so much in it. I like the short rib beef, yes in a sushi roll! The cucumber salad was tasty. Tangy and swèet but a little too sweet for me. However you might need that to cool your mouth depending on what sauce you get. They gave me about 5 different saces to try. The manager wrote the name of each one on a receipt paper and placed it under each sauce! Hiw nice is that?! The creamy Wasabi sauce burned my mouth and brought tears to my eyes. But what do u expect from wasabi right? I found a sweet sauce and mixed a little Wasabi in it added some soy sauce and badabing! The owner came over to talk to us and gave the kids a cookie I think... something sweet. The manager and owner were very nice and very attentive to the customers.“
“TLDR: great value, great quality, nice servers & environment, definitely one of my top contenders for when I’m craving sushi or ramen!Tried Katana recently in my search for a go-to sushi place. I was initially impressed by their menu. They have an assortment of sashimi, classic rolls, specialty rolls, and also ramen/hibachi/non sushi items. Most rolls will range from a few bucks for simple rolls to $9-12 for more complex specialty rolls. They are all worth it though! I appreciated that their menu was easy to read and they explained what was in all the rolls that weren’t self explanatory. My party ended up getting a California, Boston, lava, spider, cucumber, and C.C rolls. California and cucumber were good and classic. Boston was probably the best boston roll I’ve had anywhere. Lava, Spider, and C.C were all super good too! Dynamic flavors and good portions!I also got the shoyu ramen which was beautifully made. All the elements were perfectly cooked and so full of flavor. The portion looked a little small at first but I got full very fast as they don’t skimp out on the portions!Their servers were very nice and the environment was very intimate feeling. It got pretty busy while we were there but it never felt crowded.Overall, I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a sushi or ramen place and I look forward to going back to try more!“
“I love Maje sushi! I come here all the time and get the Orange dragon roll. Honestly I haven't tried anything else here because I really like my order. It has cream cheese which I usually find too heavy in sushi but it's very nicely balanced with the salmon in this roll. I don't think any sushi in the area compares! The people are nice and the place is open late.“
“Super cute, trendy new restaurant in West Lafayette. Beautiful, modern décor including a section with "honeycomb" seating for a more intimate and private dining experience. Great for date nights! The servers are all friendly and helpful with menu recommendations and very attentive to their guests. I have been twice and tried different items each time and haven't had a single item disappoint yet. Prices are reasonable considering the dining experience and food quality, especially with the economy. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Even if you just try it one time, you'll be glad you did!“
