Noodles & I is a small noodle shop located on a quiet street next to the library, offering a variety of Chinese entrees. The restaurant has a decent number of customers and provides good value for the price. The beef noodle soup is a specialty, and the braided beef shank is used for both the soup and the Chow Fun dish. Pot stickers and steamed dumplings are also available. The service is fast, and the food is delicious, with options including Pho and Thai dishes. The food was delicious and very good. You can build your own soup base to match your own liking. The Guilin rice noodle is very authentic and tasty, and the dan dan noodles were authentic. The owner is very friendly. It is a great option for a casual meal.
