I encountered probably the most unfriendly food service worker ever at the west lafayette Panda Express. Her name is Carissa and she should be retrained on how customer service works. You could tell the other employees were doing their best to stay clear of her. Not one smile the entire time she served the 4 people in front of me and me. Staff was very efficient and I didn’t have to wait in line like I Do at other restaurants on campus. Just have to look out for for doing a fantastic job is Savannah Armando and Brian
