They are getting some bad reviews due to a false post, they did NOT refuse to serve anyone in uniform. I support our military 100% AND I support a business just trying to keep their employees and customers safe during this COVID pandemic.
We catered with the campus Potbelly for a large event on 8/22/26, and they were amazing! Incredible service when their delivery beat me to the building (early is a good thing!!). They were so kind and understanding - got everything set up inside perfectly! Thank you thank you! You’re awesome!
The wait is usually 5–10 minutes per customer, and staff turnover appears to be high. The food is adequate, but better value can be found elsewhere, and some of the newer team members could benefit from additional training.
