“I've been here a couple of times now, and this location always has consistently good service, a clean restaurant, and friendly staff. Penn Station is my favorite sandwich chain, and this location is a great representation of the company!“

“I visited McAlister's on July 8 around 6:30pm. As my boyfriend and I walked in, we could see the restaurant was a bit more dirtier than we've ever seen it. As we walked up to the counter, we noticed the manager. She smiled at us and continued to make orders. After about two minutes, a young man came and took our order. (We could tell he was new)
We get our food and drinks and it was not correct. It was no big deal we told him. They fixed it and the manager came over and she apologized over and over. I finally asked her if I could hug her because she looked defeated. I let her know she was doing one heck of a job and that it'll all be over soon. Before we left, the tables were mostly dirty so I asked her for a bus tub. She refused (humble) at first but I told her I was going to help her requardless. MaKenna is her name and I can see why she's a manager. EXCELLENT customer service and the way she interacted with her staff was amazing on top of being slammed and under staffed. The young man that was working with her did well also. I definitely will be back and I hope their days are getting better.“

“The employees here are always very nice and remember all the guys in our construction crew. No matter how busy it gets, their attitudes don't change. The food comes out pretty quick and is always made well. No mistakes, fresh, and doesn't fall apart.“

“I arrived at the store, and Travis instantly greeted me. He was really helpful and very kind to me, he asked me what I wanted, helped me pick because I’m indecisive, and he made the sandwich exactly how I wanted, then the sandwich just had came out the toaster and was ready for me. The Philly cheesesteak I ordered was perfect, great amount of cheese, mayo, and peppers/onions, the bread was the perfect temp. Thank you to Travis and this management for a great subway sandwich.“

“This Subway location is amazing. Last time our car had trouble when we pulled over nearby, and one of the employees a tall, strong gentleman kindly came out to help us. He went above and beyond, and we were very grateful for his kindness. There was also a beautiful lady working the same time (at around 6:30-7:30 Friday) there who was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Both of them are helpful and caring. I really hope the manager knows how wonderful their staff is. Thank you again!“
