Ordered two shrimp tempura rolls and was very pleased! The staff was sooooooooo nice! The manager came and talked to everyone in the dining area and the crew happily answered questions my companion had about the ingredients and her dietary needs. They have a lot of sauces to choose from as well, including your faves like eel sauce and yum yum sauce (called their signature names of course). Sushi Boss is a great spin on sushi for an affordable price. While I wouldn't recommend sushi boss for those looking for delicate sashimi or quality nigiri, this is still a pretty cool place to come and be introduced to some classic flavors with the safety of "create your own" style as an option. There is raw salmon, cooked shrimp, and imitation crab as protein options, but not many more fish or seafood choices available, so be mindful of that. This is a really nice little sushi establishment. We needed a quick bite before going to the ballet. I have lots of dietary restrictions, and the manager helped me with all my questions, so I made the right choices. You get plenty of food. I got "that 1 roll" but had to leave the crab salad off.
