El servicio siempre ha sido eficiente y rápido; sin embargo, hoy experimentamos una falta de atención por parte del personal de servicio. Nos sentimos ignorados en repetidas ocasiones y, al indagar sobre la demora de nuestra orden, la respuesta recibida por parte de la mesera fue poco profesional y carente de información, expresando un simple "No sé". Esta situación ha generado una profunda decepción con respecto al servicio y la actitud del personal.
