We often order takeaway from D’s but this last time we were very dissatisfied with the amount of food we got for what we paid. We got the Five Cheese Mac and Cheese with Alfredo sauce but got less than half the quantity of food we usually receive. Pasta didn’t even cover the bottom of the pan and the sauce barely did. Also, the chicken sub had a reasonable amount of everything except chicken.

It says a lot about a company for blocking you from liking and commenting on their page after you rate them 1 star and have no other interaction with the rest of the page.
Maybe you should take the time to learn from negative feedback instead of silencing it. Perhaps ask why instead of instantly blocking?
