I love 7brew but OMG the wait is ridiculous. One line will be moving faster and they’ll just let customers Who have been waiting longer, sit there forever without taking their order instead of alternating lanes, then they expect a tip. I literally just waited in line for 25 minutes, watching 5-10 cars get helped out and not being able to switch lanes, all while the other workers stood inside chatting it up instead of helping with orders. The girl on the other lane looked me in the eye and still didn’t go help!!! I know they can because they alternate lanes at other 7brew locations to prevent this from happening. Also, the one kid in my lane would take one order and go wait for the drink inside instead of taking several orders
To at least get them in the queue

I absolutely love 7brew coffee it’s always very good. I tend to frequent 7brew but this specific location has had terrible customer service the past two times. The staff often stand around and gossip and don’t take their job seriously. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. I spend too much money at 7brew to justify waiting ungodly amounts of time due to staff not taking their jobs seriously.

Very fond of the short brunette! Came through asking for a recommendation on an energy drink and she recommended me her own creation which was amazing! Also struck up a very humorous conversation that made me laugh. I’ll be back :)

Staff just stand around and gossip. They don’t seem to want to do the jobs. Service is extremely slow. This isn’t a one time occurrence it has now happened on multiple occasions.

Unfortunately, every time I visit this location the line is wrapped around the building and the wait ends up being really long. It would help a lot if there were someone taking orders outside to speed things up. The drinks themselves are great, but the wait time can make the experience frustrating.

Fun and fast, wish they had outdoor tables for summer vibes, a better streamlined Starbucks without the smug corporate tax evading nonsense, simple easy to understand menu with excellent milk options, prices, and sizes in a drive thru only format. The staff was super friendly and quick to take my order and make ready when I got to the window. There is an efficient minimalist ambiance here that moves everyone right on. My creme brulee latte with coconut milk was fair priced and tasty but really wish they'd make their own syrups to provide that bouncy flair of real texture and tastes. I would love to see more places make their own syrups to better balance sweet and reduce the huge sugar rush of beverages.

This place has absolutely amazing coffee. My wife and I went, it was my first time trying it and I was and still am extremely impressed with how well the coffee tasted. A little pricey as each large is roughly 7.50, but worth every penny. If you need a pick me up and have $9 I recommend here

It's very annoying how they can't even put your order in correctly. They always end up making it wrong, and it's not even that hard. It's pathetic.

ordered 2 drinks and waited over 7 minutes after ordering for our drinks. while ordering with a worker, another worker (who later was the person standing at the front of the line, Madeline) yelled for her attention and then the two carried on a conversation about non work related things while i was still trying to order, this happened for approximately 2 minutes. Madeline, the worker from earlier, was too busy dancing, texting, and talking with her friends to bring us our drinks when they were ready, give us straws, or even check to make sure these were the drinks we ordered. the service was sad, just because they are teenagers does not mean they can treat customers poorly.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I came into this 7brew hoping for a good start to my day, but the service I received from one of the workers, Corina, left me feeling really uncomfortable. She was dismissive and acted like I was bothering her just by placing my order. Instead of being welcoming, her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional.

I left not only with a bad impression of the shop but also feeling disrespected as a customer. A coffee shop should be a place where you feel comfortable and appreciated, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here because of the way Corina treated me.
