I was very appreciative of the fact that unlike fast food chains where your cheeseburger & fries are warm at best. The cheeseburger & fries were piping hot & awesome. It was an added bonus that they are currently running a special on them 👍 👍. The server Shannell B was very pleasant & took the time to make suggestions for the meal. She is a great example of "the face" of Applebee's. Very, very happy I came here for dinner this evening!!!!

Food was great. We had trouble ordering online so we had to call in to the Applebee's on the west side and the manager was more than happy to take our order.
