Shannell B. is so amazing at her bartending. She can answer any question you have. I don't like beer except craft beer and she told me about Sam Adam's Winter White and I loved it. Now I have a place to go and enjoy amazing beer. Love her!

So the wife and I left and are now eating at Olive Gardon, and have already been helped.

Early last month my friends and I visited this applebees to get a late dinner. The place was nearly empty besides one other customer. The server was an older lady who was not pleasant at all. I ordered my the Four cheese Mac n cheese and was heavily disappointed in the tiny portion when i received my food. What i received clearly did not compare to the image on the menu and the server forgot to bring my breadstick. I tried to get her attention throughout our meal, but she would deliberately walk past us and ignore us. Did not check on us to make sure everything was okay (it wasn't) and when she brought the check, she but all of our bills together and didn't even ask if we would like to have it split up between the three of us. She's lucky that she even got a tip. Absolutely terrible service, and would never come back to this location.

The food was excellent and service from Matthew H was even better. Wow. I’ve been used to mediocre service at best everywhere. This place is being ran well and Matt should be publicly recognized as well as he has honed his craft. I literally did not have to ask for a singe thing. I will ask for him by name everytime I’m here and wish I could bring him to other restaurants
