Just the typical arbys experience. Downfall part was they stopped the steak nugget bowl which wasnt bad but didn't take it off their menu and not able to order it so was let down.

Came through with a coupon on 11-14 at 3:09 pm. Ordering was smooth, quick and efficient. That drive-thru lane sucks but it's been that way forever. Jennifer was working the window and everything was great. Very hot sandwiches, drink accurate, and fast and friendly. She's the best (always has been) and this was a perfect visit. Thanks for that.

Installed AI drive through ordering. I like drive throughs when I’m in a rush. however the AI drive through led me in circles with did you want this option or this option and took twice as long to order and still kept messing up the order. Finally drove away because of frustration.
I understand what can I get you as soon as I walk in the door but then to eye me down. This looked like a manager that was looking at spreadsheets. Well, he wasn't trying to sell because i said I'll just take a wrap.. he goes well its gonna take about 5 mins I gotta cook the chicken. Lol that's ok, I'm eating less and less of arbs

Arby's usually gets a bad wrap from most people but it's actually a hidden gem, the only bad thing Is the drive thru with the robot that you have to talk to, I would say either make it better or just remove it.
