Employee was smoking pot in front of the entrance, we ordered online to make it faster and it took 15 minutes with nobody else in line. Plus, they forgot one of our food items.

Save yourself the trouble. The employees are rude and aggressive. The milkshake machine is consistently broken. They take absolutely forever to hand out the food, and when they do they practically throw it at you. They’ll slam the windows in your face then immediately start trash talking you.
Our family were craving the shakes from Arby's and so we stop in. The first thing we noticed walking in is strong smell of marijuana walking into the store. Then in the bathroom was the overwhelming smell of marijuana.
It was also sad to see how unkept the store was. The bathrooma were horrible and almost not useable!
To top it all off, their milkshake machine was broken!!!

Went to drive thru guy taken the was not very friendly ordered food my husband ordered fried cheese ball they was so burnt u couldn't eat them ordered a medium of half box top to hot bottom cold sandwich cold and we had to wait on it too them manager was at window take money not friendly at all we ask for horsey sauce and army sauce now mind u we have 4 sandwich we git 2 of each thus haves happen the last 2 times there so I guess we r done ? sad

We were 3rd in line and waited literally 45 minutes, when we got to the window the girl working said nothing to me at all. After paying she comes back and basically threw our food bag through the window and disappeared without speaking again. We checked our food and the fries were cold and you could tell they have been sitting out for awhile. I haven't been to Arby's in over a year and after this trip I won't be back!
