First time trying this place in the Tippecanoe Mall, really disappointed I had the pretzel bites and they were burnt on the bottom of every single piece, also was expecting to get hot cheese instead I got something that was prefab from a factory, but other than that the service was fined, little bit expensive for burnt food, probably won't visit this establishment again

I asked for original pretzel nugget, and she gave me a pepperoni, and then she didn’t refund me the difference from the pepperoni to the original pretzel nuggets. Everyone seems like they're in a bad mood always man manager is never around. Worst Auntie Anne’s I have ever been too

I stopped by to get a pretzel. The Associate was scooping nuggets out of a pan into a cup. She was using her bare hand to push the nuggets into the cup. She was touching cooked food with her bare hand.

The man at the register was rude, and when my pretzel came out, it was burnt. The did replace it.
1154 and the employees told us they didn't open until 12. But then, they said they could open "early", just for us (posted hours are 11-7)... but no food for another 15-20 minutes. Come on, guys... do better.

Be aware their hours are SUPER unpredictable. Says the open at 11. Some days they’re open at 12 and in a case like today it’s one and they aren’t open. I love getting their pretzel nuggets, but I can’t stand walking the entire length of the mall to find out they still aren’t open.
