“People's is my favorite brewery in Lafayette. Very laid back atmosphere. Live music on Tuesdays. Large, rotating beer menu with special aged bottles available and all kinds of swag to snag. Their food is delicious and they always have vegetarian and vegan options. They are bicycle friendly and pet friendly on the patio. See you there!“
“A great place to grab a bite to eat or a drink in the area! They have events that are going on fairly often so if you need an event venue they also will have that. Plenty of seating inside for 100 to 200. It is located downtown so parking can be a little challenging. Definitely worth checking out!“
“First time going into The Tap and my significant other and I both were thrilled with the variety of beers that they had to offer! We found more than one to add to our favorites list for sure! That is usually difficult for both of us to do at the same place as we have VERY different tastes. Our server was patient, kind and welcoming and very informative! I believe her name was Lena. We will be making this a regular spot to enjoy a few beers and catch up! We couldn’t have asked for a better service!!!“
“I ordered the triple jam cider it’s absolutely delicious and my husband ordered the curse of the malthaven also really good!! Such a great place and our bartender was Carolyn she’s absolutely wonderful !! Best service I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this place.“
“Lots of German fare. We've tried all sorts of different things. All very good. My latest was the special - beef wellington on creamed spinach. It was incredible! The beer balls and pretzel with beer cheese have been hits, but it is all good. The servers were great and helpful. The place looks beautiful inside. Just the place for a cozy meal. The sizes of the beers are a bit confusing as the abbreviations stand for German words, but perhaps that just adds to the charm. Parking is on the North side of the restaurant. The kids can't wait to go back (they were disappointed when I told them we went there for lunch without them).“
