BRU Burger Bar - Lafayette

Excellent burgers. Four of us went after an afternoon football game and ordered four different burgers. The service was good - timely but not rushed - and the quality of the food was top-notch.

Our party had a nice table on the outside patio. Cheyenne was our server, and was truly such a joy! We had lots of laughs with her during our time. She made our visit such a breeze and was incredibly accommodating to any request we had. We absolutely loved her! We will definitely request her for future visits!

Decided to give this place a second chance after a less than stellar first experience and I am so glad we did! The food was delicious, our server was lovely as was the hostess, the atmosphere was vibrant but the volume was quiet enough that we could hold a conversation... all in all, a great evening! Thank you!

The best burgers and chicken tenders in town. That house made ketchup is fantastic. The brownie dessert was delicious. Our Server Robin is the absolute best.

Our server Cheyanne was the BEST server I've ever had. She is an asset to this restaurant and helped make our graduation celebration even better!!!

Everything was great except for the Hot Chicken Sandwich, which had too much breading and very little chicken. Sandwich wasn't very good and the chicken didn't taste great.

Synopsis of my experience: Pros: - Reservation was promptly tended to and we got a seat as soon as we arrived. - the server was lovely, and checked on us enough, but not so much as to pester. - The mixed drinks are still great. My favorite is the botanist lemonade. Cons: - I was certain I marked for standard seating instead of outdoor on my reservation, and we were seated outside. - The seating arrangement outside was cluttered and I interrupted the next table to have a seat and vise versa. - Our burgers came out medium when we asked for well-done. (We have our reasons for asking for well-done, lol) All cons were not reported at that moment because of the desire to not sour the special occasion (Valentine's Day) and it seemed unfit to report it to the waitress when she had nothing to do with the cons.

Great burgers and cocktails ....friendly service and a delicious brownie a la mode to share for our birthday celebrations!

Bru is our go-to whenever we are in town to see our Boilermaker. We know that we can take her and a carfull of friends for a meal that makes everyone happy. There is something great for the gluten-free, the pescatarian, the vegetarian, and the chow-hound. Food, drinks, and service are all up-to Cunningham standards so we never have to worry.

Outstanding as per usual! Our server (can't remember her name unfortunately) was amazing and made us feel like we were always her priority.

I've been a big fan of the nashville hot chicken sandwich for the last few years, but the last two times I've been in, it has been noticeably different. I'm not usually affected by grease but have gotten a severe stomachache from the level of grease on this sandwich the last two times. It also seems burnt these last two times, blackened and dripping in oil. Not what I've experienced in the past, but seems to be the new normal. The mixed drinks are good and the service has always been good. Maybe just don't get the hot chicken sandwich!
