BW3 was so good to our little Green Bay Packers group. I called at the last minute but they gave ua a great spot! They turned the TV sets we could see to the game and gave ua great service. I will not order the street tacos again-too seasoned but that was my mistake, not theirs. We will be back!!

Took my family of five there tonight got there a little before seven was there for almost a hour waiter came back said they lost our ticket she was sorry that the manager was going to give a discount after almost two hours of waiting we got our food 15 minutes later got the check which was 147dollars with a 25% discount which made it 120 and some change

The servers are nice and polite. When you do actually get your food, it’s good. The process of actually getting your food whether it’s dining in, take out, or door dash it’s insane how long it takes

The takeout service here is absolutely horrendous. Every time I order ahead, I still end up waiting at least 15 minutes after I arrive. There’s never anyone at the counter to greet you or check your order. You just stand there while employees walk past without acknowledging you.
The last time I came in, I had been waiting so long that I finally said I was going to cancel my order — and suddenly someone goes, “Oh, it’s right here,” and hands it over like it had been sitting there the whole time. No apology, nothing.
If you’re thinking about ordering takeout from here, just don’t. It shouldn’t be this difficult to pick up a meal you already paid for. Ridiculous.

Come for dinner, you might ad well server yourself as itll be faster and better food.

My chicken dippers were not spicy as I ordered them. It took a long time to get our food. Our server was great though.

Unless you are going in to sit down and eat, don’t bother. For the past 4 years when we have placed a take out order, we always have to wait MINIMUM 15 minutes past our scheduled time in the restaurant lobby to get our food. There have been a few times of waiting up to an hour. Tonight was the final straw as we waiting 40 minutes in the lobby for a pick up order to no avail with no communication from any staff whatsoever. When we asked to cancel and leave they simple say it could take 14 days to get our money back and it was not guaranteed because we had paid Apple Pay. Management is careless and does not even try to keep business. When we announced we’d like to cancel, about 4 other people that had been waiting in the lobby the entire time as well said they’d like to cancel and go home too. Poor service, poor communication, packed lobby with other hungry and irritated people just wanting their dinner. All for mediocre food. If given the option, just choose Wing Stop.
The employee was great. Tried to keep the outing affordable and the waiter made solid recommendations.

Stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated watching one waitresses look us in the eye and continue bussing tables, and two more waitresses also make eye contact and walk away. When they finally came to seat us I think, the two of them were arguing over who had to seat us.
Food is 0 stars because I didnt even get any. I walked out. They weren't busy, the place was more than half empty.

Sat at bar. Bartender was very unfriendly. He acted like he did not want to be at work and like we were a nuisance to him because we chose to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. His bad mood and bad attitude ruined our date night. He gave my boyfriend the wrong beer. Then he brought our appetizer out at the same time as our entrées. When I mentioned to him that our appetizers should have been brought out before the entrées instead of an apology he got mouthy and even more rude. The manager of this location needs to contact me and refund the money we wasted there tonight.
