This is the SLOWEST bk I've ever been to.. And I have been to one with ONE person running everything. That means the drive through the counter the cooking everything add a different BK in town and it was faster than this ..
Short us on chicken fries and gets an attitude when I tell them in the drive thru .. Takes the box of chicken fries walks away. Comes back to the window 3 minutes later and it says did you have such and such which was definitely not my order I said no we're waiting on our correct amount of chicken fries. She says. LOUDLY WELL THEIR MAKING THEM. SO THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG and then try to give me someone else's food, when I say no that's not mine. YOU GET PISSED AND YELL at me.. short older grey haired lady is rude. No apology. Nothing

Every time I go here I get great service in the drive thru early in the morning or late at night staff is friendly food is correct and usually tastes great. This most recent time thru I believe the assistant manager Jon was at the window and was quick friendly and offered salt ketchup or a crown!
It seems like the only one who can exceed customer service is the employee Mike everytime we come in he is absolutely terrific at multitasking and ensuring customers are put first but the food is always cold.

Vegetarian options: They have the impossible whopper and they have the mozzarella fry’s which are aupwr delicious
Parking: Theirs over 50 parking spots all around the building
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s super easy for people in wheelchairs to get in theirs 3 ramps leading to the building
