So doors were locked and no management what do ever in or on property did a online order and couldn't walk In to get it.. lady in drive thru said we needed to cancel the order while she is standing there on her damn phone doing nothing and says she's the only person in the building which I know was a lie.. I want management to contact me before I call the owner of the store

It seems every time I order at this shot hole my order is messed up it’s 3-29-24 and it took this place 2 hours to deliver my food. It was cold nasty and only had one of 3 sandwiches this place is a joke. You got 15 cars in drive thru and 2 employees out side smoking weed hands down THE WORST restaurant in Tippecanoe county. Will definitely be calling corporate

It took a half hour to get my order people were getting their food before I did so and the manager was very rude. I'm going to call and complain to the store manager about the quality of service I received from there. More than likely I will not be going back.

Do not go here!!!! They shorted us on an order, we had the receipt these people are rude and unprofessional they screamed at me and my Dad, they said that we were thieves! When we were the ones that lost the money, and the manager's names were Tammy and Grace. Orders were on Friday and that we can pick it up anytime when we came back in there today they had said our order had been picked up and that there was nothing that they could legally do (running a scam) when she said, and I quote "better luck next time" I lost about $30 on this order if you're looking to lose money this is the perfect place for you to go. do not go here!!!! If I could give this place zero Stars I would!!!!

My husband and I live very close to a burger king so that was our go to spot. Then we stopped going there because the food started tasting like it had been sitting forever. It would be cold, the bun was very dry and the staff at the time was rude and acted like it was a hassle to serve us. But, last night we decided to try our luck and went to burger king and wow what a difference. We noticed all the new employees and we have to say this was 1 of our best experiences at this particular burger king. The employees were very friendly, they were smiling and made us feel very welcome. The food was awesome. Hot and fresh. And no weird after taste when we ate our fries like before. I hope these employees stay at this Burger King. Thank you.

You guys always taking all day to make our food and when we receive our food and we ask if you guys have our order correct you say yes now I have to come all the way back up here because you didn’t want to listen to me when I ask for different meal next time instead of throwing a fit while I’m ordering from the company your employed to please open your ears and get things right so we wouldn’t give you bad reviews um I’m very disappointed with this weak customer service STOP HIRING ANYBODY

I've had a few bad experiences with different burger kings in the area but this one is definitely one of the worst. The service was rude and terrible, they got my order wrong, and the food was inedible. I'm not going to any burger King again for a very long time if ever.
