Today my daughter and her friend decided to visit this location after leaving school. She got food from subway and her friend bought food from Burger King. My daughter was asked to leave because she had a subway bag in her hand( unopened). I do realize the conflict of interest but the level of disrespect was unwarranted and absolutely disgusting. My kid is 16 years old and should never be addressed with any form of disrespect because she chose food from another brand. We all frequent different brands and this lady stated she was a GM and I have too been a GM for 13 plus years and have never disrespected a soul. Your job is to service the customer with a servants heart not to pick on kids and loose customers.

Order a wopper jr no ketchup extra Oinon and it had ketchup on it and no Oinon. Is it really that hard to read? Every time we stop at this burger King they mess our order up!! You need better workers or at least ones that can read!

I was in there yesterday December 16,2024 I ordered a plain hamburger got just the meat no bun I ordered a mushrm patti melt was just on no toated buns I figured service would get better in lapse of 3 mos but its gotten worse.

M review is not for this particular BK. But since the other one have turned off their reviews, I came to this page. It's for the new one on Promenade. As they say, you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. STILL rude employees, long lines, sub bar food. I had high hopes. ☹️

I ordered a family meal with 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries. I spent a good amount of money for the bundle, and when I received the irder I was missing 2 whoppers, the buns for the other whopper was wet, the hamburgers we cold and very salty, the best part of the order was the 4 cheesy tots. I dknt know if I will ever go there again.
I just went through the drive through with my daughter and the staff was so friendly and professional with me and my daughter!! Made us feel welcomed and appreciated to be there! I definitely will come back! My food is hot and fresh!

If I could give zero I would. I ordered from DoorDash because my car is in the shop. I ordered a HAMBURGER kids meal for my granddaughter NO KETCHUP, MUSTARD OR CHEESE (she is allergic to cheese) we get it and it has the 1 item that could kill her on it! I spelled it out in bold type and they still messed up. I called and they told me I would have to go through DoorDash!!! I’m sorry but it’s not their fault that store screwed up and they were not about to offer even an apology!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

The drive thru line was very long so I went inside to place order. As I walked in a customer was leaving and said good luck. Customers were standing waiting on someone to take their orders at the counter. No one came. I waited about 10 minutes then left. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to wait any longer. No one had come to the counter before I left. Ended up getting food at a different place.
