So I went through drive-through today. I've been craving an original chicken sandwich for a while now. When I got there, there was a sight wait. Service was fine, better than a lot of fast foods getting. But, the actual food? Was terrible. My original chicken sandwich had no mayo on it, superrrr dry, very little lettuce, and the chicken seemed to be as if it wasn't cooked or maybe just dethawed. It wasn't the normal darker brownish color, no grease at all (which grease eww but ya know what I mean.) and was overall cold like it had just been sitting for quite some time. My coke was also gross like they need to clean their machine bad. I used to work at a gas station, it wasn't the typical they need to switch the soda bag taste it was 100% just from being dirty.

This location gives very "can afford a new building but can't train employees."

Being disappointed before for getting cold food every time I gave it another try so I order 16 nuggets for my kids, and got crumbs countable for nuggets, extremely small and thin..how can they serve this? Definitely never going back!

The fries were hot and delicious. The sandwiches were lukewarm. My housemate had them heat up her sandwich. The staff were very polite and helpful.

What kind of burger king in a big city. Has it's lobby closed at 8pm but customers inside eating. This was offley unprofessional and unexceptable.

Worst experience ever. The entire staff that night rude as all heck.. talking all kinds of crap while I waited for my order after 40 mins sitting at the drive thru speaker. I pulled up the window because no one would acknowledge me at the speaker.. was a freaking mess all that money spent on the new face-lift for the building and grand reopening to be greeted with crappy service.. teach your people some common decency and treat people with respect..

They forgot 2 items in my
Drive thru order. I went inside to retrieve what was forgot and there were 2 workers playing around on their phones. When I asked for my forgotten items one of the employees said that I was just trying to get free food. It made me extremely angry and I'll never go back.

Waited for an hour to get our food. After ordering online and placing it 20 mins before we got there. Then the order was wrong no one was in the drive through. There were 3 other families in the lobby that had been waiting for over an hour. The employees were looking and walking by laughing. Terrible experience. We will never eat at a burgerking again.
