I love this place! They have an amazing menu. I really recommend you try going to brunch when they have it. The wine is great and their staff is knowledgeable. A must if you are in Lafayette!

Wine selection is great. I want to love this place but it’s always something every time we go. In May there was a huge fiasco about a server dumping our entirely untouched glasses of wine while we were at the bar doing a tasting the cellar was hosting. No staff admitted to dumping them but then in the same breath we were also told our glasses were less than half full so they would give us one glass of wine to split. Eventually they agreed to replace our glasses entirely after we insisted they were entirely untouched by us. It was quite ridiculous but hey, it was eventually corrected.Last night my husband and I went and the hostess asked if we would like to sit inside or outside. We said outside, and she took us out and when she saw there was a four top table available, she said “I can seat you here but if a party of four comes, we will have to move you.” We opted to sit inside because we didn’t want to risk being interrupted to move so another party could have our table. It was honestly unbelievable and made it clear our party of two would not be as important as a party of four. We had one glass of wine and went somewhere else for dinner and agreed we wouldn’t be going back.

Disappointed, primarily because server was clearly annoyed with our group. And after leaving, a number of us commented to each other on feeling the same way. This is the second visit I have noted this (and same server) or I would not have reviewed here. Sure, the group was larger, but we order lots and it sure looks good for business when your customers are ordering food/drink and having a good time. Nice venue with indoor and outdoor seating.

Chill atmosphere and a decent wine selection! An excellent place to relax with a friend or read a book.

I really enjoyed my visit to the cellar. The service was fantastic and the wine selection was varied and good IMO. I had the pan seared salmon, which I definitely recommend, and that's from someone that doesn't normally like salmon. I had fun with the wine flight and then settled in with a warm and comforting red wine from Kiona Estates. If you are like me and visiting your BoilerMaker, eventually you may grow tired of tailgate Boiler Gold... don't get me wrong, I love People's Brewing... but sometimes I just want a nice glass of wine.... I highly recommend coming to the cellar for great ambiance, great food, great wine and an all around nice experience.

I have been Here several times this year and last week was my last time. Every. Single. Time. Some of the staff is super rude. The woman with shoulder length blonde hair is the worst. I think the only person who has been nice to me and or my friends is a server named Brooke (I think that's her name. Not sure if she still works there? Just so rude! I will not be back. My money will be spent at local places that are kind and at least decent to their customers.

What a glorious Sunday morning I spent at The Cellar Wine Bistro! I was riding solo so I sat at the bar...no reservation and hoping for the best...and was able to sit immediately. Everything beginning to end was absolutely wonderful and relaxing and delicious! Watching the room of guest being served I can tell you with certainty the portions are generous. I went with the Chorizo Tortillas, as I was told by my fantastic bartender/waitress it's an item that rotates on and off the menu. The Poached eggs were not a disappointment. Sometimes when I cut into a "poached" egg it's actually a hard egg. The fresh, delicious warm yolk flow was so satisfying lol. The music...perfect. The volume...perfect. The atmosphere...just what I needed. 100% will be back in two weeks for the next brunch.

One of our favorite spots to cozy up and talk. Unparalleled wine selection in Greater Lafayette. Marla & Michelle & their team know their stuff. Great vibe for conversation and connection. And, some wonderful food options, too. If the weather is nice, they have a great street-side patio.

Very poor customer service.Response to the owner: explain the charges and clear up confusion? The charges were mixed up because there was a mistake made on your part, which you should have corrected on the spot right away or over the phone call with the person who was mistakenly charged someone else’s bill. However, you did absolutely nothing to try and fix your own mistake. This is unprofessional and is poor customer service.

The chef really knows how to cook. The food here is great. I've only be here for brunch but everything on the table was well crafted and executed. Only thing to note it that this place is 21+, idk why Indiana wants great places like this restricted.

Nice relaxing place with friendly knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for a small, comfortable place and good wine, try it. Somewhat limited food menu, but what I had was very good.
