My Experience In This Charley’s Location Was Immaculate! The Customers Was Is Superb And After Showing Patience With Me While I Tried To Pay For Me Order The Manager Ultimately Let Me Get The Food As A Credit Until The Next Day (When I was Able To Pay) And The Food Was Great! I Was So Shocked By The Curiosity That’s What Lead To Me Coming Back To Pay For That Order And Placing Another Order!!
I Give This Charley’s Location And The Manager A 10 out of 10 Review!! Thanks Again To The Staff For Understanding!

I have bought food from Charleys a few times and so has my daughters.. About 2 weeks ago Me, my boyfriend and 2 daughters all ordered meals that included a lemonade . The sandwiches were very skimpy compared to other times and all the lemonades tasted like poison and had a smell of some type of cleaner or something ..Needless to say we had a horrible experience and will not order from this place again .I used to love this place until now
Great food and great service.
Was just in. After placing and paying for my order, I watched an associate drop a bunch of cups on the floor and then pick them up and put them back on the counter to serve the next drinks in. Needless to say, I threw away my food when I EVENTUALLY got it.
Went in to pickup a doordash and watched the gentleman who was not wearing a hat or hairnet, pickup French fries off the kitchen floor then went back to running the fryers without changing his gloves or washing his hands. The cook running the grill also not wearing a hat or hairnet. Won't be eating here ever
