Finally a manager came over and was like oh gosh, let me find a table......we literally watched him walk to the other side and go out to his car!!!! We should have left......but we decided to try them again.
Month or so ago we went in. Went to order and they were out of every other item. It was insane. It would have been easier to just tell us what they actually had. She listed so much they were out of. Then it took a very long time for our food to come out. There were 4 of us, one fajita came out and the rest of us sat there waiting for at least 15 minutes wondering where our food was. Meanwhile our waitress was just laughing with the hostess the entire time. When the rest of our food finally came out it looked dry, like it'd been sitting under the heat lamp the whole time we were waiting. It was just such a horrible experience, will not be back to this location again.

Went for dinner, just 2 people. got sat after 45 minute wait, just to wait over an hour for the most simple order one could place, chicken tenders and fries for both! then paid over $60 not including tip just to receive our food cold and not edible at all. chicken couldn't even be bit into & fries were not cooked thoroughly. mind you this is the SECOND chance we gave them after going once months ago just to receive more crappy food. i will NOT be back EVER.

Terrible! We arrived and checked in with the hostess with the short blonde hair.. She did not greet us, just a straight forward "there is a 25 minute wait". I told her that is was okay and gave her my name and number of people in my party. No one was there when I checked in, but it quickly got busy after I arrived. Some people decided not to wait, in which she would respond with "okay, not my problem" or "yup". She also decided to skip and put others ahead of us, even after arriving first. At first, I thought it was because their parties were smaller. Then I noticed she was seating everyone at booth tables, no matter the size of the party. When I seen her seat a party with the same amount of people, that I knew came 15 minutes after I did. I decided to ask her why, she rolled her eyes and quickly started to look for my name. She gave me an excuse that they had been waiting for 30 minutes, to which I told her I had been waiting for 45 minutes. She smirked and quickly grabbed some menus to seat me at the same size booths around all the people she decided to put ahead of me. Also, it took the waiter a long time to get our order in, he was actually nice and apologetic. I also wrote their website and didn't get much of a response. So I hope people see my review and avoid this restaurant.

Rudest service!!we was ignored for 10minutes after sitting ourselves was told that section was closed finally escorted to another area to be ignored 10 more minutes got a burger full of pickles which since I'm allergic I asked for no pickles when manager came to my table,I informed her what happened, she was rude as if I was bothering her😡 walked away after stating burger will be made again. No apologies,never came back to see if I was taken care! My waitress and another young lady who escorted us toour 1st table was nice but everyone else to was rude,disrespectful 😠I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE,I will warn my friends to beware also just a real disappointment overall!🤬😡😠😤

Ate here the other day with a friend. Colby was our server. Sweet kid. Talked us through the menu and told us his favorite things, since we hadn't been there in yeaars. Food was good, he talked us into trying that app sampler thing. It is worth it for sure. Definitely going to ask to be seated by Colby next time.

The bathrooms were super clean, the staff seemed happy and excited to be there. The to go person, Zach, Was exceptionally helpful and a blessing to our family. Will be back and will be getting a bigger back.
Had a very large group in, family reunion. Waiter was fantastic, very patient and did his best to make sure everything was correct during the ordering process.
However, when the food actually came out there was a lot of issues, and the boys who came out with him used their hands to open up different burgers to see what was in them when trying to hand food out. Waiter that helped us was not there when they arrived. Super gross, especially when sickness is bad right now.
Edit: moved review up to 3* as waiter had to deal with a lot of BS and handled it quite well. Still grossed out by the servers.

First time visiting Chili’s in years. Good food and great service. The restaurant was tidy and our table was clean - I really appreciate that it was NOT sticky! :)
We loved our server, Kobe. He was animated, funny, and he ensured that everything was perfect. I go through drinks like I’ve never had a drop of water in my life but he made sure they were never empty. Great waitstaff is hard to come by these days, we are thankful we lucked out.
Oh also, I never would have tried the peanut butter pie if he hadn’t recommended it because I really don’t care for peanut butter but WOW was it good! If you’re on the fence about getting it, try it! Definitely worth it.

This place gets five stars for the manager who was on duty. He was great today for lunch. He greeted every table with a smile. Had great energy. They seemed a lil understaffed, but he made up for it by making sure he helped wherever needed. Coming from someone in the industry, I’d love to see more managers like that for sure. I think his name was Deon. Possibly Dio. He really is the only reason I’m writing this. Good work should be acknowledged and that guy was great
