Food was OK, not great. Waiter was decent, but food came out at wrong times. Salads came after we asked where they were at, and well after we started our main meals. They ran out of fries, so one meal had no fries, then they brought more 10 min into the meal. Overall just a below average experience. Oh, and the place was not very clean. There was a homeless person sleeping in the booth next to us. Not opposed to caring for the homeless, but the place was not busy, with plenty of open tables, why put customers right next to that?

This was the worst experience I had there. I ordered the ribeye steak medium well. When I got it, it was like fighting with veins and skin, it was gross. there was no garlic butter on it. Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese looked it had been sitting there for awhile. I was not happy. They can do better than this.

Service hasn't been great lately but I went this past Thursday for lunch and Charity was the best! She was very personable and helpful. Definitely the best experience I have had at this Chili's. I will definitely be back.

Have any of the employees here ever interacted with a person in their life? Walked in and was half greeted by someone with an airpod in, as 4 other employees sat around on their phones! Our server spoke to us a total of 5 times and not a single one was pleasant! I know staffing isn’t the issue here as there are plenty of employees standing around on their phones, dishing out some nasty looks, so not sure what the deal is here? The food still tasted good after it was thrown down on the table in front of me, which is what earned the one star review. Don’t even fret though, I won’t be returning to inconvenience any of the employees again as they are clearly so busy on the phone!

The food has my stomach hurting the chicken was over cooked and flavorless, así the burger was hurt. My lava cake was dry and the broccoli was not cooked well.
