Be cautious of hairs in your food. There was not one, but two hairs in my burrito bowl. I knew it wasn’t mine because they were saturated in sour cream. Absolutely disgusting and I don’t think I’ll ever go back there now.

Isabelle and staff could use a lesson in customer service! Restaraunt was filthy and if you ask for double meat you should get that and not be charged double for small amount! Also Isabelle should not be throwing cups at customer! Worst experience and will definitely be last!!!!

cashier with purple hair assumed i was paying with someone else and charged him extra. didn’t even ask him if he’d be paying for me, just told him a total without reading anything back. there was also a man wrapping the burritos too who didn’t take his time wrapping them and was very messy.
I was convinced by the family to give this restaurant another chance … so we ordered carry out .. drive thru the snow there and home .. I get home my burrito bowl I almost 2/2 to 2/3 full .. seriously.. daughter s barbacoa burrito had a Huge piece of gristle instead of meat and is mostly rice.beef is chewy and not shredded .. … I’m so tired of the lack of effort from these places. DO BETTER !!
This is no longer what it was. No guacamole, no veggies , or lettuce again. I just don’t understand how this happens with the frequency it does. This ridiculous, the corporation needs to supply the restaurants … we are done with this chain for awhile.

I had went in because 24 hours before like website had said to order catering and the website would not let us order it, so i asked if i could speak to the manger and see if there’s anything we could do, instead i had 3 employees who we’re unsure of what to do while the manager walked away out of eye veiw, one of the employees slammed his hand on the table behind the counter as he was walking away saying “ oh someone is gonna be pissed” idk who the name was but the other one walked away saying idk i’m not a manager and the girl was standing there trying to figure out what to do, i asked if there was anyway we could ring it up as sides or anything else and barely got any answers.
