I've eaten here a lot, but today I brought home some empty tacos. I'm not happy about it. They would often run out of crunch taco shells, and have been very nice about it. I've been offered free tacos to make up for it, but never accepted. Today, these empty tacos have me upset. I don't think I'll be back again. They are too expensive for what you get, but I've enjoyed the food and had been treated well. This is unacceptable, though. They felt light when I pulled them out of the bag, and they barely had any toppings.

The most annoying detail about this location (and every other Chipotle now, it seems) is that they believe that if you order — and pay for — something extra that it means they should skimp you on something else. I’m paying $20 for a half-filled bowl? Are you kidding? Rice? Tomatoes? Shredded cheese? These are NOT costly items, especially rice. Yet every time I order double protein, I get a minimal amount of rice. Chipotle as a chain needs to figure this out.

If I come in at 9:45pm to get a chicken bowl and you tell me you don’t have product because you are already cleaning up and don’t want to get me what I asked for, then don’t charge me the full amount. You close at 10pm so put on my bowl what I asked for and what I paid for, not cool.

Probably the best Chipotle burrito I've had in a awhile and I will speak for my girlfriend as well. The service was the best we've had and the staff was super friendly and receptive to what we had requested. Food was fresh and hot when we got there and everything was clean and well kept for! Best one in town!
The portions on mine and my wife's were very small, but they had no problem putting a large amount of vegetables in the bowl. It was as though they did it to make it look like a proper portion of food for the money.
We had to ask someone to come out and clean a table for us to sit at. The young man, who was asked by his coworker, had an attitude about it and never came out. Finally, a young lady did clean the table.
We were so upset about how little meat there was in our bowls that we just asked for a refund.
The manager was very friendly and accommodating and did, in fact, give us a refund after we showed him what was in our bowls.

I travel for work and eat chipotle twice a week. This is by far THE BEST chipotle I’ve had. The steak was made right and allowed to rest I can tell by how tender it is. The bowl was made to perfection. Chefs kiss lol. Thank you!

Finally, I convinced my husband to come and was disappointed.
The food was cold, and the chips were very stale and salty. The graculamo was very good.
