First time there got the brisket sandwich hush puppies and creamy slaw ..all my food was cold the hush puppies were way over cooked and I didn't get the creamy slaw...and the bun to my sandwich looked liked it had been dipped on

If you like famous Dave's BBQ then this place is 10x better then them!!!I had the pulled pork sandwich added there sweet sauce to it wonderful! There mac n cheese is a must there cheese fries with bacon were amazing!My boyfriend got the Chipotle barbecue sandwich. I was honestly amazed how good that was tooAll in all we will gladly be back!!!

Ordered pick up from here while driving to Chicago, food wasn’t bad for being a chain restaurant, lacking a bit on the flavor and a bit dry. Their ribs were good though.When I went for pick up all the employees ignored me and didn’t even come to ask if I’ve been helped… it was my first time coming into a restaurant and the employees made eye contact and just ignored me lol… a lady in a different outfit (assuming the manager) actually came out and was extremely friendly. If it wasn’t for her I’d have rated them 0 for their service.Parking: Plenty of spots in their plaza area

Food is good but not always consistent. Sometimes the meat has been dry, almost like it was from the day before and reheated. If you get it fresh is pretty solid. Cost us up there, but good meat is expensive to make at home too.

Was excited to eat hear as it's almost never open. The food was ok, not bad, not good , just ok. They took a very long time to make the order, and tried to make up for that by adding free desserts. But they got the order incorrect and also did not include some of the things I ordered. Half the food was cold and part of it was lukewarm. I might give them a second chance but I'm more disappointed than anything. I ended up only eating the desserts
