Workers were rude and stared at me like I was stupid!!!

Ice cream was good. But the waffle cone was inedible. I couldn't bite through at all. It wasn't crunchy. It was tough. I couldn't even tear a piece off. I was pretty let down for an $8 waffle cone. Idk if I'll be back....... service was strange too. Like everyone looked like they felt we were bothering them by simply being there.

Pretty terrible service and quality. Unlike any cold stone I’ve ever seen. I’d definitely go to the Igloo Frozen Custard across the street or Pink Walrus. Potentially even Walmart.

Ever since they got new owners it’s like the dudes don’t understand what ice cream is? Anytime I’ve tried ordering from the new guys they just stare at you like you’re an idiot speaking gibberish…not to mention the last time I went in I was there for about 30 seconds and walked straight out as soon as I saw how long, scraggly and messy the one guys beard was just hovering over all that ice cream, ever heard of a hairnet/beard net?! There was no way I was letting my kids eat anything after seeing that mess…at least hire folks that know what an ice cream establishment is all about, this place is an absolute joke now.

Ordered a Gotta Have It- paid for a Gotta Have It… rcvd a “Love It”…. But I’m fine with losing $4. The real issue is they mixed cookies or brownies or something and I have Celiac. I ordered the same thing I always order. So I will be vomiting all night - amongst other things. When you have celiac - it takes almost 18mths for your body to recover. My husband bought a premade ice cream cake from here recently for my birthday. The cake portion of the ice cream cake was dry and likely old. Make sure to order a "made for you" cake and not buy premade from them.

Came in and was not acknowledged. after standing at the counter for a couple of minutes one of the men just walked up and said “what?” Mix ins were not mixed in at all and we just felt like we were an inconvenience while in there. The two men working had headphones in and didn’t look me the whole time i was there and was not thanked at the end of it all.

I don't know if it's new ownership or what but it sucks.. the last couple times I've went the person refused to bring out my curbside order. This last time my 12 year old went in to pick up our order and she came out totally creeped out by the employee and told me she never wants to go there again..

Very disappointed in the new owners. We have been in twice since they reopened. The employees always have headphones in and just stare blankly at you when you walk up to the counter. They barely mix the ingredients and have a scowl the whole time. Will not be going back.

We will never be back. Not only did the two men have music in another language blaring so loudly that they literally could not hear us give our phone number for rewards, they could not care less about their jobs. They barely chopped up the mix ins and did not mix it at all...just formed it into a ball and threw it into a cup. Both of our cups were covered in ice cream and they didn't even try to clean them up before handing them to us. Additionally, we were not greeted or thanked.
