Sat in line for 40 minutes waiting on my mobile order at the window. Its like nothing was organized inside as they rushed around to complete my order.

I’m really loving this place but they’re always sold out of everything. And I mean everything:( it’s been two weeks of me trying to order some items and they’re sold out. Like, it makes me not want to come here. Their app LETS YOU PURCHASE things they’re sold out of. So then you’re in line forever waiting for a refund and a new drink… owners need to get them supplies well before they’re sold out of things. On the occasion where you have to get a refund they still make you pay for a new drink you didn’t really want so who ever is in charge please fix this stuff the baristas are embarrassed.

Ordered Green Mama and a Dragon Fruit drink. Drinks were spot on but service was little slow. Was out of most pastries choices.

Loved the brick/wood vibe as soon as you walk in. Very friendly, helpful staff( ours was a helpful gentleman). Coffee 10/10. If we pass through again this will definitely be one of our spots.

Got a smoothie that was ok but a little pricey. Several chunks of large ice to contend with while driving. Did not care for that. Flavor was ok. Most likely will not go out of my way for another visit.

I thought from the outside this would be another cookie cutter coffee shop. I was seriously wrong! The environment is so nice inside - great for relaxing, talking, or working. Lots of seating and a fair number of outlets for plugging in devices.

Then, the most important part, the drinks. We tried the Honey Mama and the Green Mama. Wow. So delicious and unique tasting (in a great way). I love their house made whip too. Great!

I was driving up to Chicago and was starting to get sleepy after Indianapolis. I decided to stop and try to find some coffee. There was a Starbucks that was on the left side and a new coffee place that had a little sign up along the road called Java House. It was on the right hand side so I figure let’s go to that location due to ease! It was easy to find and close to the Meijer. When entering into the space it had the best ambiance with cute plants on the walls and a fantastic menu featuring hot drinks, cold brew and smoothies. The staff was really helpful and answered question. They took our orders and we waited. After a brief wait, our drinks came out. The coffee with some of the best flavored that we’ve had. Will definitely make another stop next time, it was worth the break!

It’s clear that they’re very understaffed. Waited 20 minutes for a drink that never came. I feel bad for the staff, buy terrible

I haven’t been inside but their drive thru service is nice. They are polite, let you know about new menu items and promotional items. Their service is prompt. Their pricing is competitive. Their cold brews are the absolute best in town. And their cold foam is the best I’ve ever had. Their breakfast sandwiches are also delicious!

Good cool hot, cold and frappe with some unique flavors. Nice to have a good hangout and very close to 65. Worth stopping by, folks.

Decided to try JH bc it's close to where we're staying. We went inside rather than the drive thru. 3 young ladies were working. There was no line inside at the counter and we passed a lady and her child with their goodies while coming in. I mention this because at no point while we were in the building did either of the 3 employees acknowledge, make eye contact or greet us. It was like we were invisible! After 3 minutes, I said to my bf we should go soon, bc you start to feel like you don't want to give a business your money when they don't really deserve it, right? After 5 minutes, when 2 employees were cooing over a cat in a car at the drive thru window, his patience was up and we left. At no point were we acknowledged in the establishment in the 5 minutes we huddled at the bar. I have no plans to go back.
