Copper Moon Coffee Office & Roasting Plant

There seems to be an issue with their roasting process. I purchased 2lb bag of beans for all their Dark Roast coffees, Blast Off, Sumatra, Dark Sky, Total Eclipse, etc. we were hoping to find a favorite in their offerings but were very disappointed. First we found that all the bags had very small beans with mist of the beans broken causing the flavor of the coffee to be very inadequate in fact no flavor at all. We have used all the bags in hopes of finding a great coffee but no luck. All the coffee beans taste the same. We have a very good coffee maker that even has a blooming feature but less expensive coffee bean companies have beans that make wonderful coffee. We are going to pass in this on Copper Moon. Hopefully they will get a better roaster or purchase better beans. Small beans and broken beans a good cup of coffee do not make.

Bought a box of 80 coffee pods and there were only 76. Then one pod was empty.

they stopped carrying Papau New Guinea.

Ordered a bag of southern pecan coffee. Got a email the next morning stating that it’s 3-5 days before shipping and 7-10 before it arrives. Had I known it was going to take a week before it shipped out I would’ve ordered from someone else. Will not reorder from this coffee maker again due to extremely long lead time to ship product.see screenshot of the email on extremely long shipping times

Any negative review you see recently is due to a Facebook video where they refuse to serve a lady an extra drink because she was going to give it to a homeless individual. In no way was the business wrong for doing so. What happens when you give a mouse a cookie? Except the mouse doesn’t hang around your front entrance begging and harassing everybody that comes in, The mouse also doesn’t get violent when turned down, The mouse also doesn’t leave dirty syringes laying around. My rant is over but with that said grow up people, businesses have the right to refuse business to anybody.

Fantastic coffee, great service, and did I mention the coffee? I just received an order for six pounds of their White Christmas coffee today. One of the best things about the holidays imho.

Great coffee... however my mom tried to charge her coffee subscription and called multiple times to fix a issue and they keep charging her for something she tried to cancel. And have yet to refund or fix the issue.they should definitely try to fix the issue because it is good coffee and I try to recommend to alot of people and shops.

Stopped in after an appointment. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. I stood at the “order here” sign for five minutes. Still no one said anything. I left and drove down to Starbucks where they immediately said hello and took my order.
